• Preparing Sales Order from Sales Agents daily.
• Encoding of Sales Order Register for Customer History purposes daily.
• Encoding of Monthly Sales and Deliveries.
• Checking Orders & deliveries from warehouse thru e-email.
• Updating of pricelist if needed.
• Requesting Basic details of customers and requirements from Customers.
• Preparing quotations from inquiry of customers.
• Updating records of Unpaid Balances.
• Printing of Daily Inventory Report daily.
• Preparing weekly reports such as Sales Order per day, Sales Order Register for Client History purposes to be submitted every Friday of the week.
• Other task that may be assigned.

• Less than 1 year of experience
• Diploma degree required
