We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our team at Patriot Tires. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness. his position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Strategic Marketing Development: Conceptualize, develop, and execute strategic marketing plans and programs for each brand and for the company as a whole.

• Collaboration: Work closely with international principals, local advertising and PR agencies, event organizers, printing suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Visual Merchandising: Conceptualize and layout store signage, visuals, and posters to enhance the customer experience and brand visibility.
• Financial Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure timely settlement of payments for marketing collateral.
• Event Logistics: Provide logistical support for product launches and other media events, ensuring seamless execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing is required.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
