Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This roles is responsible for undertaking sales and marketing activities for Residential Account that will continually increase sales and boost productivity in Marketing Programs, Advertising and Public Relations, Reports Management and Database Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes on-ground events of all sizes, ensuring compliance with approved program plans and budget allocations.
• Conducts data gathering to identify the need and opportunities for outdoor advertising.
• Assist local radio station, partnership with LGUs for all areas, and all marketing initiatives such as partnerships with local online community.
• Keeps track of all marketing programs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintains a database of advertising contracts.

Qualifications

• College Graduate of BS Marketing or any Business related course.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, customer engagement, and data handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with social media and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and analytical thinking skills.
