Description

  • Assist sales team in preparing documents.
  • Manage customer records and sales documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and taking meeting minutes.
  • Maintain client relationships through superior customer service.
  • Handling phone calls and emails from customers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a 4 years Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, basic understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, maintain contact lists, organize and schedule appointments, support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
