• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and fieldwork. 
• Monitor market trends, student preferences, competitor activities, and developments in the education sector. 
• Develop enrollment forecasts and demand projections for Senior High School, Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral programs. 
• Perform competitor benchmarking on academic offerings, tuition, scholarships, facilities, and marketing initiatives. 
• Analyze research data and generate actionable insights, reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. 
• Assess market opportunities for new programs, partnerships, campuses, and institutional growth initiatives. 
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, branding, and marketing campaigns through research and performance analysis. 
• Maintain a centralized repository of market intelligence, competitor information, and enrollment data. 
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven recommendations. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Communication Research, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field. 
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Market Research, Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, or related roles. 
• Proven experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research projects. 
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and report-writing skills. 
• Experience in enrollment forecasting, market assessments, competitor analysis, and executive-level reporting is an advantage. 
• Proficient in research tools, survey platforms, spreadsheets, and data analytics software. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
