Role Overview:
- The Business Development Officer will drive growth initiatives identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and fostering client relationships in the real estate sector. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-Haves:
- Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, BS Math, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or financial analysis (real estate industry required).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in project management or financial modeling.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends in Cebu.
