Description
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various types of marine vessels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Inspect engines and other mechanical components for wear and damage.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during all repair processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:1–3 years of relevant experience in marine mechanics.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in varying environments such as on-water and shop settings.
- Qualities and Traits:Strong communication skills and a passion for marine technology.
