Job Summary:

A Nail Technician provides professional nail care services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. The role requires technical skills, creativity, attention to hygiene, and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including cleaning, shaping, buffing, and polishing nails
• Apply nail enhancements such as gel, acrylic, dip powder, and extensions
• Create nail art designs according to client preferences
• Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization of tools and equipment
• Assess nail and skin condition and advise clients on appropriate treatments
• Remove old nail polish, gel, or artificial nails safely
• Ensure client comfort and provide professional customer service
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
• Manage supplies and report low stock of nail products and tools
• Follow salon health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Promote salon services and products, if required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and tools
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Certification or training in Nail Technology is an advantage
