Description
- Assist the finance department with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Provide translation services for financial documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial statements.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations in both languages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across departments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Mandarin and English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn
