Position Overview

The Filipino-Chinese Translator will provide professional oral and written translation services to support the daily operations of the company's cash loan financial business. The role requires exceptional bilingual communication skills, cultural understanding, and the ability to accurately convey information between Chinese and Filipino stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate and professional Chinese-English/Filipino interpretation and translation for daily business operations.
2. Translate business documents, reports, emails, presentations, policies, and operational materials between Chinese and English/Filipino.
3. Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese management and local Philippine employees.
4. Assist in meetings, training sessions, and business discussions by providing real-time interpretation.
5. Support cross-department coordination and ensure smooth communication between local and overseas teams.
6. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive company information and documents.
7. Perform other translation and administrative tasks assigned by management.
