Requirements Of The Job

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong translation skills (English and Mandarin)
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities Of The Job

• Translate documents from English to Mandarin and vice versa
• Handle client/customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Organize and file documents for scheduled meetings and events, including taking minutes of meetings
• Review, edit, and revise translated texts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality output
• Conduct research on documents, terminology, and linguistic styles to support accurate translation work
