- Translate verbal and written communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local staff.
- Assist in daily coordination and communication within the operations team.
- Supervise therapists and ensure proper work performance and professionalism.
- Monitor daily schedules, attendance, and task assignments of therapists.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members when necessary.
- Handle staff concerns and report operational issues to management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Assist management during meetings, interviews, and operational discussions.
