Job Summary

We are seeking a fluent Mandarin Speaker and Translator to facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams during business meetings, negotiations, presentations, and other corporate interactions. The successful candidate will provide accurate interpretation and translation services while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation between Mandarin and English during business meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
• Translate business documents, presentations, reports, emails, contracts, and correspondence as required
• Facilitate clear communication between management, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translation of spoken and written content.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials and translated documents before and after meetings
• Take notes and summarize key discussion points when requested.
• Support visiting Mandarin-speaking clients or executives during business trips and company events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Help bridge cultural differences and provide insights on business etiquette and communication practices.
