Responsibilities

• Assist the workers to sign their attendance/DTR and take pictures of them.
• Check the DTR's of workers everyday if they already done signing it.
• Arrange the workers tasks based on the instructions of Chinese supervisor.
• Accompany the boss in meetings when he needs a translator.
• Coordinate with the operator's in night shift regarding their assigned tasks.
• Assist the office staff whenever they need a translator to communicate with the supervisor.
• Accompany the Chinese boss when they need to go somewhere.
• Take Pictures of all accomplishment work throughout the day for documentation purposes.
