- Translate verbal and written communication from Mandarin Chinese to English and vice versa between Chinese management and local employees.
- Assist in daily communication during production meetings, factory operations, and coordination activities.
- Interpret instructions related to garment production, quality standards, shipment schedules, and manufacturing processes.
- Translate company documents such as reports, memos, production plans, work instructions, and emails.
- Support Chinese supervisors and managers in communicating with different departments including Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and HR.
- Ensure accurate translation of technical terms related to garments manufacturing and factory operations.
- Assist during audits, inspections, training sessions, and client visits involving Chinese-speaking personnel.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication to avoid misunderstandings between foreign and local staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information, documents, and business operations.
- Help resolve communication issues and provide language support in day-to-day factory activities.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
