We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant fluent in Mandarin (can read and write is a plus) to support our operations. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks of the management, communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, and help maintain an efficient work environment.

• MUST and CAN SPEAK MANDARIN (Do not apply if you cannot speak Mandarin)
• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• With at least 1 to 2 years of working experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent.
• Computer literate and tech-savvy, work will involve doing reports, etc.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written; can interface with foreign stakeholders
• High degree of accuracy and data entry skills; Ability to deliver work on time and within deadline
• Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints
• A keen eye for detail and analytical mind
• Able to do tasks with minimum supervision
• Willing to report to Calamba City, Laguna (CPIP)
