- Assist in daily management operations
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership skills
- Support the team in planning and executing projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Oversee station operations: fuel inventory, staff scheduling, compliance with safety standards.
- Drive sales performance and customer service improvements.
- Prepare business reports and dashboards for management.
- Participate in training rotations across departments (finance, HR, operations, marketing).
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
SALARY RANGE: Php19,000 - 20,000
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
WORK SCHEDULE: 8am - 5pm
