Operational Support

• Support daily operations by assisting with lane assignments, equipment management, and setting up events.
•  Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the bowling center.

Training Participation

• Learn operational procedures, customer service standards, and management protocols.

Customer Service

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive bowling experience.

Staff Coordination

•  Communicate effectively with other staff members and management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Event Coordination

• Support marketing efforts to promote upcoming events and activities.
• Assist in organizing special events, leagues, and tournaments.

Financial Transactions

•  Assist in processing payments and managing cash registers accurately.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure all bowling equipment is functioning properly.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and promote a safe environment for guests and staff.

 Learning and Development

• Continuously learn about bowling center operations and industry trends.
• Seek feedback from supervisors and peers to improve skills and knowledge.

Shift Management

• Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of senior staff, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Participate in scheduling rotations as directed by management.

Requirements:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related course from a reputable college or university.
• Charming and with a pleasing personality
• Possesses strong leadership skills, is assertive, and is flexible.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-oriented industries, though not required. FRESH GRADUATES ARE ACCEPTED
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work all shifts with flexible scheduling requirements across varying operational hours. (Operating hours: 10 AM to 12 MN).
• Candidates must be willing to rotate between multiple bowling center locations as required.
