Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs covering the fundamentals of Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing.
• Learn and apply established procedures and workflows under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Assist with data entry and information gathering related to patient billing, insurance verification, and provider credentialing.
• Shadow senior team members to observe and understand various processes and tasks.
• Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of documentation and information.
• Develop an understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and potentially with clients (under supervision).
• Assist in the preparation and organization of reports and documentation.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement in both Revenue Cycle Management and Credentialing processes.

What You Need (Depends on the Job):

• Must be a fresh graduate with little to no experience (preferably healthcare, finance, business or psychology courses)
• Must be able to report in our office at Eastwood, Quezon City (Mondays to Fridays) during training and possible to work in Hybrid set up upon deployment.
• Preferably located at Marikina, Pasig, Antipolo, Rizal, Quezon City near Eastwood
• Strong interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to learn about Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 TIMELINE with NEOLYTIX

• Within 3 months, you will be under probation and will go through 1-week initial training plus 1 month of service specific training with assessments. During this time, you will undergo a crash course specific to give you the tools you’ll need for the job such as the basics of US healthcare, RCM Process, credentialing, insurances, CPT codes, etc. After going through the initial training, you put your theoretical skills to the test where you will be assigned to a specific area of the organization
• After 3-6 months, you will be in a specialist in the field of RCM or Credentialing where you will have knowledge in the different facets while you will be assigned to a specialization
• After a year, you will have the option to eventually train new people going in the program, lead and grow different accounts or lead a small team
