• Be immersed in different environments, projects, client dealings, training, and other management-related spectrums.
• Train under an experienced manager to learn management skills.
• Provide administrative support for the manager.
• Research, analyze, and present market trends and competitors' activities.
• Practice people management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of marketing, business, or any equivalent course.
• Knowledge in operations and client servicing.
• Preferably with managerial/supervisory experience.
• Has good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Flexible and highly adaptive.
