DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop, improve and implement operational processes and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage projects aligned with operations growth and company advancement and foster communication and collaboration between departments to ensure project execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective operations, this includes communicating with team members and customers
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring efficient and effective operations at our facilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or any related area
• With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of packaging processes, organizational skills, quality control, team management, problem-solving skills, knowledge of safety procedures, written and oral communication skills, sharp attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned at Iran Branch located at 3112 Iran Street, Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Makati City.
