MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Day Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Station Operations: Master fuel inventory management, staff scheduling, and safety compliance
• Sales & Service: Drivesales performance and elevate customer service standards
• Business Intelligence: Prepare operations reports and performance dashboards for management
• Multi-Department Rotation: Get hands-on training across Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing
• Marketing Support: Roll out marketing campaigns and local promotional activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations
• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome. 0 to 1 year experience in operations, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
• Background: High-achieving fresh graduates with strong leadership backgrounds (student council, organization heads) highly encouraged
• Core Skills: Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and dashboards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional leadership potential, adaptability, and strong drive to learn
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
