* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / TRAINING ROTATIONS*
1. *Station Operations*: Master fuel inventory management, staff scheduling, and safety compliance
2. *Sales & Service*: Drive sales performance and level up customer service standards
3. *Business Intelligence*: Prepare operations reports and performance dashboards for management
4. *Multi-Department Rotation*: Get hands-on training across Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing
5. *Marketing Support*: Roll out exciting marketing campaigns and local promotional activities
* QUALIFICATIONS*
1. *Education*: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or any related course
2. *Fresh Graduates*: High-achieving fresh graduates with strong leadership backgrounds (student council, organization heads) are highly encouraged to apply
3. *Experience*: 0 to 1 year of experience in operations, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
4. *Core Skills*:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and dashboards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional leadership potential, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn
5. *Tech-Savvy*: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
