Management Trainee – Duties & Responsibilities (Casual Dining)

a. Support daily restaurant operations (front & back of house).

b. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues.

c. Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and training.

d. Operate POS system and handle cash procedures.

e. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.

f. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

g. Participate in staff meetings and on-the-job training.

h. Promote in-store offers and gather customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course in Business Management or any related field (Hospitality, Marketing, or similar).

• Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant or casual dining environment preferred.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and customer interaction.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
