• Carry out routine check on the company’s facilities
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance on facilities to mitigate major damage
• Fabricating and constructing metal components.
• Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts in machine and equipment
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties
• Ensure that the facility areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances
• Assist in supervising the activities of contractors
• Keep proper record of work activities, including all procurement and maintenance
• Submit reports on work activities and progress of work to the supervisor
• Performs other general building maintenance as assigned.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Education:

• At least graduate of High School

Experience

• At least 3 years work experience as facility maintenance

Certification

• Must have NCII in Welding
• Training/ Seminars:
• Any trainings or certificates related in Maintenance Technician
