Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair as needed.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
