Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret technical drawings to understand exact dimensions and project specifications.
Machine Operation: Set up and run both manual machinery and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment to drill, cut, and turn materials.
Precision Measuring: Use micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify that parts meet strict tolerances (often down to a fraction of a hair).
Maintenance & Repair: Monitor machine performance, replace dull cutting tools, and fabricate or repair parts for existing machinery.
