- Reports to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for the monitoring of all activities in general/ machine operations.
- Coordinates with material controller and quality assurance within the department.
- Adheres to GMP rules at all times.
- Prepares the machines as to GMP requirements, prepares materials needed for the production lines.
- Conducts quality checking of raw materials supplies from warehouse and ensures that the physical conditions of machines are clean and without damages.
- Ensures that all machines are working and all in good condition.
- Ensures that non-conforming products are properly segregated, Powder for disposal from
- Renders proper turn over with co-worker of the next immediate shift.
- Reports to Production Supervisor in case of abnormalities and problems encountered during equipment trouble.
- Responsible in checking and recording of product quality and in accordance with QMS standard.
- Cleans the production area and removes accumulated waste from the production line activities. Keeps and maintains cleanliness on working area by keeping walls, floors, air handling units, machines and equipment free from dirt, foreign matters and cobwebs.
- Abides by the Company’s Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Safety Practices and other Company policies that may be issued while in the employ of this Company; otherwise, the company shall lay down the appropriate disciplinary action.
- Ensures that the product, working conditions and work processes are consistent, and within the quality and quantity standards of the 3rd Party Client.
- Performs other functions and duties as maybe assigned or called for by his superiors.
- At least High School Graduate with experience being a machine operator, College graduate is an advantage.
