Job Requirements

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology or Industrial Technology
• At least six months experience in metal manufacturing
• Know how to interpret and read mechanical drawings
• Know how to properly use measuring instruments
• Know how to compute and can adapt to modern technology
• Fast-learner and can work under pressure
• Team player and must be able to work with less supervision

Responsibilities

• make the product within the required dimensions and specifications following the standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring that the quality standards and production schedules are met
• Observes safety in the production floor and report accidents, incidents, and nonconformity to superior/team leader immediately.
• Ensures that the machine used in the production is fully utilized with minimum downtime through effective implementation of preventive maintenances tools and procedures.
• Responsible for the safekeeping and protection of all measuring equipment and other work-related tools assigned by the department.
• Immediately reports occurrence of machine breakdown to superior/team leader.
• Updates daily performance through GSS software
