What you'll be doing

• Operate and maneuver the loading boom truck with precision and care to load and unload materials at construction sites
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on the loading boom truck to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations and protocols to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the public
• Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and other team members to coordinate loading and unloading activities
• Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents or issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction operations through feedback and suggestions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loading Boom Truck Operator in the construction industry
• Valid driver's license and certification for operating loading boom trucks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the maintenance and troubleshooting of construction equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations on the job
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
