Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and safety in machine operations while supporting overall production goals.

• Operate and monitor assigned machines to ensure proper functioning during production.
• Set up machines by adjusting settings, loading materials, and calibrating controls.
• Conduct regular quality checks on output to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to meet production targets.
