Job Description:

• Operate CAD/CAM systems and 3D printers to design and manufacture dental prosthetics according to specifications and quality standards.
• Check and review the final prosthetic for accuracy, fit, and function before sending it to the dental laboratory for milling.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot CAD/CAM equipment, 3D printers, scanners, and associated software.
• Clean and sterilize dental prosthetics, equipment, and machines to comply with safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of CAD/CAM and 3D printing supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in CAD/CAM dentistry and 3D printing technologies, continuously applying new knowledge to improve patient outcomes and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with dental professionals and laboratory staff to ensure seamless processes and high-quality results
• Train and supervise other dental lab operators or assistants
• Perform other functions assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Dental Technology, CAD/CAM Dentistry, Biomedical Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, 3D printing systems, and digital scanning technologies
• At least 6 months experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a laboratory or clinical setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
