Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process food products according to established procedures and production schedules.
• Operate, monitor, and clean food processing equipment and machinery.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and store products accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Complete required production and quality control documentation.
• Assist with inventory handling and stock rotation when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of a bachelor's degree or a technical/vocational course.
• Preferably with experience in food processing, manufacturing, or production is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
