Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain packaging equipment in our dairy or food processing facility. The role ensures that milk, dairy, or other food products are packaged efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards for distribution in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machines for milk, dairy products, or other food items.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Inspect packaged products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records of production batches, quantities, and machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and wear required protective equipment.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing finished products for storage or delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certificate in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or relevant technical field preferred.
• Experience operating packaging or production machinery in dairy or food industries.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in shifts if required.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
