Job Description
- Set up and operate various types of machinery for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets and timelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Assembly Process, Compression Molding, Injection Molding, and Stamping Processes
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and tools
