Job Description
Description
- Load/Unload. Ensures every dimension conforms to the customer’s requirement as specified in the technical drawing.
- Bring 1st piece to the QC Inspector and secure approval.
- 100% inspects his job and documents inspection data.
- Ensures the production are met and quality standards.
- Implements given machining processes that would ensure higher productivity and greater efficiency.
- Prepares Daily Job Report and ensures its correctness.
- Ensures that the machine he used is production is fully utilized with minimum downtime through effective implementation of preventive maintenance and procedures.
- Works under close supervision of the Team Leader
Requirement
- Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Machine Shop or Industrial Technology
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
