Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any related course ( vocational or certificate NCII)
  • With experience in operating and troubleshooting of machine in a Manufacturing set-up
  • Disciplined in following cGMP and Safety Protocols
  • Familiar with safety regulations, adaptable to shift work, and dedicated to continuous improvement.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinates repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure efficient equipment and facility operation.
  • Competence in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals related to machines and equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints is essential for effective troubleshooting and maintenance operations.
  • Develops schedules to enhance equipment performance, minimize downtime, and align with production needs.
  • Directs technicians, assign tasks, provide training, and enforce safety protocols to maintain competency.
  • Lead technician level supervisory experience is required for effectively directing and managing technical staff.
  • Manage maintenance, repair, and calibration of food and cosmetic machines for smooth operation and industry standard compliance.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with food and cosmetic machine maintenance is required for this position.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance productivity and minimize waste in production.
  • Implements routines to extend equipment lifespan, reduce breakdowns, and manage servicing schedules.
