•  Properly installing new espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment at customer locations.
•  Conducting routine inspections, cleaning, descaling, and calibrating machines to factory standards (pressure, temp, flow).
•  Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing failures, including replacing parts like boilers, valves, and gaskets.
•  Providing on-site or remote technical support, training staff on machine usage, and managing service reports.
•  Maintaining and replacing water filtration systems critical to machine health. 

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems.
•  Expertise in commercial espresso machine brands and grinders.
•  Strong diagnostic abilities to fix issues on-site.
•  Good customer service skills for client interaction.
• Ability to travel to different locations (often requires a driver’s license).
