Job Description

• Performs machine troubleshooting and line sustaining.
• Conducts preventive maintenance of production machines on a weekly basis.
• Coordinates with production staffs regarding status of machine breakdown.
• Coordinates with spare parts custodian for availability of consumable parts and parts for improvement.
• Conducts machine evaluation to improve process.
• Performs start-up of production machines at the beginning of production shift.
• Initiates projects for machine process improvements.
• Coordinates with Facilities regarding machine utilities.
• Performs machine re-build on non-functional machines.
• Performs 6S on assigned machines.
• Performs repairs and maintenance of equipment to help in producing good quality products.

Qualifications

• At least College Level, or any vocational course
• At least 1-4 years’ relevant experience as Maintenance personnel; preferable in electrical.
• Highly experience on machine troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.
• Experience on electrical control
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
