Maintenance Staff

1. Stock Management:

Assisting in inventory checks, ensuring demo and event use products are

well-stocked, clean, and functional.

2. Setup & Maintenance:

Setting up demo stations or displays and maintaining them throughout the day for

optimal presentation.

3. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis:

Identifying issues with products or equipment and diagnosing the root cause of

malfunctions.

4. Repairs & Maintenance:

Performing repairs, replacements, or adjustments on faulty products to restore

them to working condition.

5. Quality Assurance:

Testing demo units and repaired products to ensure functionality and safety

before returning them to customers or inventory.

6. Reporting Equipment Issues

Communicate persistent or unrepairable issues to supervisors for further action.

7. Organizing Return Shipments

Arrange logistics for returning items to suppliers, including packing, labeling, and

shipping. Track return shipments and confirm receipt by suppliers.

8. Continuous Improvement

Suggest improvements for repair processes or equipment handling to reduce

damage and downtime.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School graduate, Vocational Course graduate or College undergraduate
• With at least two (2) years relevant work experience
• Prior experience in repair or maintenance and inventory handling roles required or strongly preferred

SKILLS:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of the products or inventory items
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and diagnostics
• Physical ability to handle inventory items (lifting, moving)
