Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to improve facility operations.
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
- With 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or facility support.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air- conditioning cleaning, and general facility maintenance.
- Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance tasks.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
- Willing to perform other maintenance and general support duties as assigned.
