What you'll be doing:

• Supervise machinists’ daily work.
• Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists.
• Monitor mould development schedules.
• Check and evaluate fabricated moulds.
• Plans, schedules and implements rules and regulations.
• Perform duties that may be assigned.
• Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule providing feedback to feasibility, flow and operator capacity.
• Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule, and with objectives.
• Actively mentor and participate in the training of machinists. Includes goal setting and review, along with completion of annual performance review.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Engineering
• Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledgeable in Drafting
• Highly dynamic
• Metric driven
• Close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming
