Job Summary

The Maintenance/ Machine Technician is responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of packaging, processing, and utility equipment in a food manufacturing setting. This role involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and supporting production teams to ensure minimal downtime and consistent equipment performance.​

Your scope of responsibility shall include:

• Perform preventive maintenance on bottling, sachet line, processing, and utility equipment.​
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and manuals.​
• Work closely with production teams for repair needs and equipment setup support.​
• Recommend mechanical or electrical solutions when equipment underperforms.​
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:

• College level or graduate of a relevant technical/vocational program with certification.​
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in food manufacturing.​
• Skilled in troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading technical diagrams.​
• Trained in electrical wiring, pneumatics/electro-pneumatics, and motor control systems.​
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and respond during emergency situations.​

Working Conditions:

• Exceeding to office hours may be considered OT
• Weekly rotational shifts, with premium pay; night differential
• Must be willing to work in Jenny's Ave., Pasig City
