Job Summary

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our stores, clinics, kiosks, offices, and other company facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, fully operational, and well-maintained through preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, and supervision of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and maintenance personnel.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, construction, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct facility inspections and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, work orders, and material requests.
• Respond to emergency maintenance concerns and monitor project quality and completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 3–5 years of facilities/building maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, preventive maintenance, and building operations.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to company sites and work on shifting schedules, including after mall hours, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs.

Preferred:

• Experience in retail, commercial, clinic, or mall-based facilities.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, Licensed Electrician, or relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
