- Implements troubleshooting and coordinates maintenance of equipment with concerned production operators both for lithography and closure department.
- Coordinates with Storeroom and prepares request for all required parts, consumables and tools needed.
- Executes planned and preventive maintenance schedule as required by superior.
- Coordinates with maintenance team in completion of projects including equipment installation, restoration and relocation.
- Monitors closely machine or equipment performance for possible mechanical problem/ breakdown.
- Ensures availability of parts, tool and consumables when doing planned maintenance work.
- Accomplishes Preventive Maintenance Checklist for all equipment and report to superior for any problem that requires immediate solution.
- Ensures continuous equipment operation by doing preventive and planned maintenance.
- Ensures availability of tools, materials and parts when scheduling maintenance/ repair job.
- Implements use of PPEs and follow health and safety guidelines in all mechanical maintenance activities.
- Submits reports to superior and suggest improvements that could make equipment/ system more effective.
- Follows company policies, safety rules and regulation, operational control procedures and IMS requirements.
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior.
