Responsibilities

Assist in daily production operations and routine production tasks

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment safely

Conduct daily checking of machines and equipment

Assist with equipment repairs and basic mechanical works

Maintain cleanliness and proper working conditions in production areas

Ensure equipment supports accurate cutting and packaging requirements

Follow company safety, sanitation, SOP, and GMP standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

High School Graduate or Vocational Course graduate

Background in Food Processing or related field is an advantage

Previous experience as a Maintenance Helper, Production Technician, or related role is an advantage

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Can follow instructions carefully

With basic documentation and recording skills

Willing to work in a cold working environment

Physically capable of moving machines/equipment using a jacklift
