Organize and lead all activities of the maintenance team to maintain safe, productive machinery quality.

Plan and analyze machinery data to create an effective and executable maintenance cost reduction program.

Review and control indices to continuously improve quality and machine effectiveness.

Provide clear instructions using the RCA and PDCA approach on breakdown maintenance activities to prevent recurrence of the problem.

Coordinate and suggest CFT to ensure the machine is in good running condition.

Graduate of any related engineering and technical course.

With at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in supervising and managing a maintenance team.

With knowledge of standard regulations like IATF16949, ISO, and other related regulation cost management.
