Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries
2. Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution
3. Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a logistics or supply chain environment
2. Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
3. Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets
5. Experience managing teams of 10-20 logistics and warehouse staff across multiple shifts
6. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
7. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related field
