Key Responsibilities:

• Liaises and represents the company with various Shipping Lines.
• Highly skilled in picking up and delivering items to their ultimate destinations.
• Tracks record of verifying delivery information (e.g., names, addresses, and contact numbers).
• Proven record of collecting essential payments and signatures from customers.
• Ability to record package delivery information (e.g., time of delivery and recipient’s name).
• Monitors and ensures successful outcome of application processes with various projects in government and private organizations.
• Provides weekly status report detailing action items, pending and completed tasks.
• Ensures all documents for receipt are complete and accurate before delivery to shipping lines.
• Able to complete paperwork accurately and completely.
• Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
• Attention to detail and good reasoning skills.
• Responsible for picking up all collections and refunds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reports to the Operation Supervisor.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or department head.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of related working experience.
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or related fields may be preferred.
