- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation and inventory control.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Developing and implementing delivery plans to define project scope, milestones, and timelines.
- Managing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to prevent delivery delays.
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitoring inventory and optimizing warehouse operations
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in logistics or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; proficient in data entry and scheduling.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential warehouse visits; may require flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
